This course is for the Practitioner, and anyone who needs to document an SQF food safety system for their company. It is written to meet the requirements of SQF for the Manufacturers of Food Packaging (Modules 2 + 13)
Each section of the requirements is explained in detail in a video tutorial. You will learn what your team needs to do in order to meet the requirements of the code and how to document your process. Learn how to set up a team so you have input from the relevant areas in the company. Get an overview of what the team will address, how to develop your process and document it in the procedure. Videos are designed to show to your team at the start of your first team meeting for each section. Your trainer, Registered SQF Consultant, Cynthia Weber, will clearly communicate the requirements, process and tasks to the team as well as answer common questions. It is just like having your own consultant at each meeting.
