Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCQI Training)

This course teaches the requirements of the Food Safety Modernization Act and how to prepare your food safety plan that meets the FSMA requirements. It will train you to be the PCQI (Preventive Control Qualified Individual) for your company.

Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP)

Do you import food or food ingredients? If so, you probably fall under the new FDA Law: Food Modernization Act (FSMA).
This Course will explain the Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) requirements, your responsibilities as an importer and how to comply with the law.
