"Understanding SQF: Food Processor Edition" Online Training

This training includes both the "Introduction to SQF System Elements" and the "SQF Food Safety Fundamentals" Online Training Courses for SQF Level 2.

This course covers the system elements of the SQF Code. The system element requirements are found in section 2 of the SQF Code. This course describes the processes that must be in place to comply with these management systems requirements.

It also introduces the requirements for Good Manufacturing Practices for the processing of Food products. The GMP requirements for food processors are found in Module 11 of the SQF Code.

At the end of the course the student will have an understanding of the management systems approach to managing food safety and be familiar with the requirements of this section of the code and of the management systems approach to managing food safety and the requirements for GMPs in a food processing organization.
