An introduction to the SQF Level 2 System Elements

This course covers the system elements of the SQF Code. The system element requirements are found in section 2 of the SQF Code (Edition 7).

This course describes the processes that must be in place to comply with these management systems requirements.

At the end of the course the student will have an understanding of the management systems approach to managing food safety and be familiar with the requirements of this section of the code.

The course includes a quiz, and upon successful completion of the quiz, students will be able to print out a training certificate This program is approximately 1 1/2 hour long.
