Online Internal Auditor Training

This program is online and available on-demand so you can work on it whenever it is convenient. The training has 4 chapters, the first 3 introduce the requirements of ISO 22000:

1) Understanding 22000
2) Prerequisite Programs
3) Principles of HACCP
4) Internal Auditing

The Internal Auditor portion of the training introduces the steps and techniques of auditing and helps you through each step using a practice audit of "Mandy's Vanilla".

During this audit the student will have access to the documents and records needed to conduct an audit of Mandy's Vanilla giving them realistic practice on each step of the audit process.

Our online audit exercise walks the student through preparing the audit plan and checklists, the questioning of staff at Mandy's, reviewing records and procedures and identifying and documenting nonconformances. The student will use the audit notes to complete a final test. Upon successful completion of the test a training certificate is provided. Our training allows you to come and go as needed, and takes approximately 6 hours to complete. You will have 30 days to complete the course.
