Our online SQF Internal Auditor training program is designed to help you meet this requirement, and to create an audit team of trained, qualified auditors who can effectively audit your food safety management system.
This training is for those who will be responsible for auditing their organization's food safety management system. At the end of this course you will understand the food safety management system elements, the GMP requirements for food processing organizations, the basic principles of HACCP and have a good understanding of how to complete an internal audit of the system. The course includes exercises and a final test. Upon successful complettion of the final test, a certificate is issued.
Effective internal audits assist you with attaining and keeping certification as well as ensuring the effectiveness of your system. This is an online, interactive training course that teaches the trainee the different requirements and steps of the audit process and audit techniques.
You will get first hand experience with each step as you complete the course exercises and perform an audit of our practice company "Mandy's Vanilla".
The course is approximately 6 hours long including the 4 modules, the exercises and the practice audit. The course is also an effective training for those assigned responsibilities for implementing the food safety management system, providing them with the ability to evaluate the compliance of the system as they implement processes and procedures.
